The following is a matter of record. I have bought and sold homes in New York, New Jersey, and Denver Colorado, and have rented property with real state management firms in Tennessee, New York, and Denver. Bryant Properties owned my Mr. and Mrs. Larry Bryant are second to none. I chose their firm from a selection in the Business section in Nashville directory. While working on my rental property in Nashville and contacting him I was initially impressed in that he could not come to meet me until he returned from church. After signing the rental agreement he Larry Bryant assured me that he would not accept just any one to rent but would do a thorough evaluation of credit worthy clients. I advised him that my tenants that had just vacated the premises had been there for 21 years.
